HEALING WITH SOUL--Christ Community Health Services provides high-quality healthcare to the underserved in the context of distinctively Christian service.  We recognize that Jesus Christ is the true healer of individuals and their communities and the source of our ability to serve.  Our vision is to glorify God and expand his kingdom among underserved and unreached people, and many of our former providers now serve in mission fields worldwide.  We have clinics serving the most underserved areas of Memphis and Jackson, Tennessee. Our strategy is to establish both relationships and clinics in communities that lack access to healthcare.  We are committed to training mission-called healthare providers through our CMDA Plus Dental Residency, Clinical Psychology Internship and Fellowship, FM-OB Fellowship, and, beginning in July 2025, Family Medicine Residency.  We're a Patient-centered Medical Home, and the only faith-based Federally-qualified Health Center in Memphis--HEALING WITH SOUL.
